| Tom and Holly own two classic Ford trucks. Their 1955 F250 is a familiar site at Highway Legends events. Holly and Tom took 10 years of working winters to build what you see in the photo. Cal's Custom did the seats and Holly and Tom did all the other work that was done to the truck, everything from the ground up. Every nut, bolt and piece of the truck was reconditioned before painting. This vehicle is very distinctive, with its bright yellow paint, rearward tipping front-end, dump box and towing a painted-to-match teardrop trailer. Their second truck is actually owned by Holly. She is the second owner of this old farm truck. Tom and Holly have rebuilt the original 239 cu/in flathead engine and installed power brakes and a different front seat. The truck is a true survivor and she plans to keep it just that way. |
